Is Foam Sclerotherapy the best procedure for the removal of spider veins?

Sclerotherapy is the best method of eliminating small veins. Foam is not necessarily used. It is physician and vein size dependent. At our office we only do foam sclerotherapy on large vessels using ultrasound guidance. The spider veins are treated with non-foam sclerotherapy.
