Does endovenous laser ablation require multiple treatments?

In general, one treatment closes the main problem, the upper Saphenous. However, most patients need follow treatment of some sort. The treated veins will not come back. But if there are spider veins, and/or bulging varicose veins, these will have to be closed separately or removed.
